About Me

Hi, I’m Bhuvan Briah (she/her) — a British Indian Punjabi psychotherapist with ADHD, and a deep commitment to inclusive, identity-affirming therapy.

My lived experience as a neurodivergent woman of colour navigating generational trauma, cultural complexity, and belonging informs everything I do as a therapist. I know how heavy the unspoken expectations, guilt, and disconnection can feel — and I also know what healing and liberation can look like.
